Hiring a grease trap pumping company: what to ask

Are you approved for my city? Many cities only accept registered, permitted or licensed haulers. Your city page shows the rule where the official source states one.
Do you do a full pump-out? Many ordinances require removing all grease, solids and liquid, not just skimming.
Will I get a manifest or service record every time? Most programs make you keep these for inspectors.
Can you work to my city's schedule? Check your city's maximum interval and the 25% rule.
Where does the waste go? It must go to an approved disposal facility.
Do you handle emergencies? Ask before you need it.
